Functionality of product will be tested during assembly process to ensure the assembly is going correctly.
In-process inspection-key actuation force measuring
The actuation force of keys of keypads will be randomly checked during assembly process to ensure the force is within specification.
Keypad functiionality inspection for finished product
Finished products-keypad will be 100% inspected before packaging to ensure NO defective product is shipped.
