Incoming material inspection

Incoming material sourced from our suppliers will be inspected according to the procedure stipulated in our ISO manual

In-process inspection on controller board

Semi-finished products or parts like controller board will be randomly inspected during assembly process to ensure NO defective part exists.

In-process inspection-functionality testing

Functionality of product will be tested during assembly process to ensure the assembly is going correctly.

In-process inspection-key actuation force measuring

The actuation force of keys of keypads will be randomly checked during assembly process to ensure the force is within specification.

Keypad functiionality inspection for finished product

Finished products-keypad will be 100% inspected before packaging to ensure NO defective product is shipped.
